Our emergency service covers all the systems we install and maintain.
Heating failure
Fast diagnosis and repair of heating failures – especially critical in the cold season. We respond in the shortest possible time.
Air conditioning failure
For failures in peak season or in air-conditioned server rooms and production facilities, we respond with the highest priority.
Pool technology
Pump failures, filter faults, water quality problems – we resolve pool emergencies quickly and professionally.
Hydraulic damage
Hydraulic systems can cause water damage when they fail. We respond immediately and prevent consequential damage.
General faults
Even with unclear fault patterns we come on site quickly, diagnose the problem and solve it lastingly.
Preventive immediate measures
If a permanent repair isn't immediately possible, we secure the system with interim measures and coordinate the follow-up repair.

For customers with an active maintenance contract we guarantee a response time of no more than 4 hours for critical failures. All other customers can reach our emergency service by phone and receive an initial assessment within 30 minutes.
